Social Media Optimizations
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns on Social Media Channels.
Build and launch Facebook / Instagram Ads
Recommend new strategies based on data and testing
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Responsible for client communication. Should reply to all communications timely.
Prepare the project structure/strategies/plan of action and execute it by the team.
Responsible to deliver the scheduled tasks/modules/milestones for assigned projects to ensure that project delivery is on time.
He/She should attend the call meetings with the client as per the schedule.
Content Writer:-
Create content campaigns that align with marketing objectives and company goals
Produce, edit and customize content for all our platforms, including our website, LinkedIn, Medium and Facebook
Pitch articles to third-party websites for publication and guest post on partner websites
Perform online and on-the-ground primary research for blog posts, articles, guides and other content
Work with the marketing team to analyze content performance metrics, such as total attention time, click-through rate and social following growth, and apply those insights to improve existing content and develop better content ideas for the future
Write and A/B test our web copy, including CTAs, value props and landing pages
