Field Sales Executive

We are looking candidates for sales responsibility and marketing with a proven track record of success driving revenue (e.g., ability to capture and close the deal), fierce work ethic, excellent communication skills, and understanding of digital marketing, mobile.

JD -
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Client follow-up via email/cold calling /social media etc
• The ability to sell products/services and earn additional incentive by meeting sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections and Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods.
• Develop new sales strategies.
• Travel to various client locations.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Should be polite & decent.

Requirements
• 1-6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / B-B Sales.
• Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi.
• Good negotiation and pitching skills required.
• Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
• Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: B-58, 2nd Floor, Sector 64, Noida

Salary: 15K-25K in hand plus travelling expenses + bonus + incentive.

Qualifications: Graduate in any field /Masters/any other certification
