Job Title: HR Executive Job Description: As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's human resources functions. You will work closely with the HR Manager and various departments to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes and the well-being of our employees. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. **Recruitment and On boarding:** - Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and draft job descriptions. - Post job openings on relevant job boards and company website. - Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate the interview process. - Coordinate the on boarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
2. **Employee Relations:** - Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues. - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. - Participate in performance review processes and feedback sessions.
3. **Training and Development:** - Help organize and coordinate training and development programs. - Work with managers to identify training needs for employees.
4. **Benefits and Compensation:** - Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. - Support the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely compensation to employees.
5. **Compliance:** - Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. - Assist in the preparation of HR policies and procedures.
6. **HR Reporting:** - Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review. - Compile data for HR-related audits and reporting requirements.
7. **General HR Support:** - Provide general administrative support to the HR department. - Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of HR experience in a similar role. - Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
