Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Nirma chemical, Bhavnagar, Gujarat
Maintenance Engineer at 100TPD Food Grade Phosphoric acid plan
Breakdown and operation of HT/LT Motor, HVSB, PCC, MCC, VFD, Battery, Lift, DG, APFC, UPS, FA, Relay.
PM, CM, Breakdown and shutdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Trouble shooting of electric system and finding out the root cause.
Maintain proper records of ISO 22000 Documentation and directly re-port to Sr. Manager and AGM.
3 MVA and 2.5 MVA Distribution transformer and 6.6kv VCB and VCU.
VFD's of different make like ABB, Siemens, Denfoss, Yaskawa, WEG, etc.
Numerical relay like MiCOM P127, P225, REF 615, REM 611, mPRO-200
