Job Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be required to coordinate with the new and existing clients, understand their sales requirements, prepare quotations, proposals, resolve client queries, and liaise with the internal teams in the companies whenever required. We are looking for a candidate who is a good at multitasking, good at maintaining data and in Microsoft Excel and preferably has work experience in events, TV, radio, advertising, or media advertising or with an OOH Advertising company.
Job Description, Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:
01) Act as a single point of contact between the client and internal teams
02) Take care of sales coordination for pre-sales and after-sales activities for Out-Of-Home (OOH) Advertising platforms like Billboards, Stadiums, Petrol Bunks, Bus Panels, Mall Kiosks, Lamp Post Kiosk, including transit advertising on buses, trucks, taxis etc
03) Coordinate with the new and existing and new clients for any queries, concern or complaints
04) Escalate the client issues to the relevant department whenever needed
05) Prepare and share quotations and proposals with the clients as per requirements
06) Manage and enhance relationship with the existing clients by providing prompt and immediate service to ensure their advertising requirements are met as per agreed terms and ensure a positive and ongoing relationship
07) Maintain data of the client interaction, queries, concern or complaints
08) Analyze the data in Microsoft Excel and present to the management
Required Skills / Desired Experience:
01) Candidate must be a graduate
02) Candidate must have around 2 to 3 years experience in sales coordination preferably from the OOH Advertising company, TV, radio, advertising, or media advertising industry
03) Candidates who can join immediately or within 10 to 15 days would be preferred
04) Good at multi-tasking and coordinating with various departments
05) Good at followups for any queries or unresolved issues
06) Good communication and presentation skills
07) Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on Solution derived Client Service
