Job Description: Maverick Tech Solutions is hiring International Voice Process Executives to support global client interactions in a dynamic work environment. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients/customers professionally and effectively.
2. Provide accurate information and resolve queries or concerns promptly.
3. Meet daily call and quality targets in line with process standards.
4. Document customer interactions and maintain CRM records appropriately.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
6. Adhere to communication protocols, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines.
Who Can Apply?
1. Experienced candidates with at least 1 year of international voice process or BPO experience.
2. Freshers with excellent spoken English and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
3. Immediate joiners preferred.
4. Candidates located in or willing to relocate to Renigunta or Tirupathi. Skills & Requirements:
5. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
6. Ability to understand and respond to customers from different countries and cultures.
7. Strong problem-solving attitude and patience under pressure.
8. Willingness to work from the office initially and transition to remote work based on performance.
9. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus.
