Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
Solve customer queries related to banking products and services.
2. Account Handling
Help customers open Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Fixed Deposits.
Verify KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, and address proof.
3. Cash & Transaction Support
Support the cashier or teller in handling daily transactions.
Ensure proper entry of transactions in the banking system.
4. Documentation
Maintain customer files and banking records.
Ensure proper documentation for loans, deposits, and other services.
5. Sales Support
Promote bank products like insurance, loans, credit cards, and savings schemes.
Help the sales team generate leads and achieve targets.
6. Data Entry & Reporting
Update customer information in the system.
Prepare daily or weekly reports for branch managers.
7. Branch Operations
Assist in smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
Coordinate with other departments when required.
