Need an operations manager who can play a key part of a management team and oversees:
• high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures
• Should also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
Candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in Facility Management only.
Age Group 35+ years only.
Qualification required is any Technical Degree with Computer Skills, Soft service knowledge.
Good communication skills in English and Basic Software Knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel). checklist , MMR report , MIS report Preparation.
Must have the Technical Knowledge of STP, WTP, DG, Swimming pool maintenance.
Must have 2 wheeler with licence.
Should be located 10km in and around Ganegarapally off Kanakapura road.
