Job Title: Credit Card Team Leader (TL)

Role Overview:
The Credit Card Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving credit card acquisition, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high performance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of credit card sales executives
Achieve monthly and quarterly credit card sales targets
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Conduct field visits and support team members in closing sales
Ensure adherence to bank policies, compliance, and KYC norms
Train and onboard new team members
Maintain MIS reports and track daily performance metrics
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
2–5 years of experience in credit card sales or banking sales
Prior team handling experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Salary Range (India):
₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA + incentives (varies by location and experience)
