Key Responsibilities of an Airtel SOHO Sales Officer
1️⃣ Customer Acquisition (B2B – Small Business Segment)
Identify and acquire new SOHO customers (small offices, shops, startups, home offices).
Promote Airtel Xstream Fiber, leased lines, and business broadband solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
2️⃣ Lead Generation & Field Sales
Conduct field visits to commercial areas.
Generate self-leads and follow up on assigned leads.
Participate in local marketing activities and campaigns.
3️⃣ Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Ensure timely renewals and upselling of plans.
Address basic service-related concerns and coordinate with technical teams.
4️⃣ Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with installation and backend teams for smooth onboarding.
Ensure KYC documentation is properly collected and submitted.
Track order status until activation.
5️⃣ Revenue & Collection Responsibility
Ensure timely payments from customers.
Minimize churn in the assigned territory.
