Role: SSA PART TIME
Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and screen candidates for blue and grey collar job positions
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media, job boards, and networking events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve recruiting processes and strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process

- Knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
