Role: DIP Executive
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for blue and grey collar job positions
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to attract and engage candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring teams
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and job seekers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
