Telecaller Inbound

We are currently seeking a Telecaller Inbound to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling incoming calls from customers and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products or services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Identify customer needs and upsell products or services when appropriate
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
