Job Description:
· To handle 100+ retail outlets (Metro) or 75+ Retail outlets
(non-Metro)
· Work as per pre-planned and shared Journey plan with minimum 8 touch
points per day.
· Retailer sales – Responsible for territory/Zone/Distributor secondary
sales, generated through Retail outlets (Cement, Hardware, Paint, and tile
shops)
· KYC registration and On-boarding of Retailer and End customer (Masons,
Painters, Petty contractors, and Plumbers) on to the FOSROC loyalty program
APP and train them on Usage of the APP.
· Order collection from retailer to distributor, co-ordination on supply
and ensure quality of Service to retailer from the distributor.
· Assist Sales executive in execution of Demand generation activities
such as IN-Shop meets, Mason meeting, Painters and tile layers meet.
· Execute the Umbrella campaign program outside major retail outlets and
educate customers on Fosroc product offering.
· Attend to dealer generated enquiries and assist the retailer in
suggesting the best products, through constant CRM with Shop owner and Shop
salespersons.
· Ensure the placement of POP materials with Retailer and assist Sales
executive to place planograms in the right stores.
· Ensure Shop-space for Fosroc Products, eye-level placement of products
at each store.
· Work on improvising the Product-Mix at retailer, by introducing and
pushing for improvement on current product basket purchased by retailer.
· Competition information – Track Store level Activities and Schemes
introduced by competition.
· Scheme tracking and feedback to Sales executive.
· Ensure Market operating price is kept competitive and feedback on any
breach through the channel
· Support the sales team in Database collection and management of key
influencers.
· Support Sales Executive in upgrading the Stores (B to A, C to I. Etc).
