*Loan Disbursement
*Assist customers in availing gold loans at competitive interest rates.
*Complete documentation and KYC procedures for loan processing.
*Relationship Management
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
*Provide support during repayment and follow-up for renewals.
*Achieve monthly disbursement targets (e.g., â¹50 lakhs).
*Maximize incentives by increasing the loan volume (â¹700 per lakh incentive).
*Report local trends and customer feedback to management.
