Job Description:
â 2+ years of experience in sales from Fintech, Payments, Telecom, e-commerce, Business solutions & wallet companies.
â Product â AEPS, DMT, Micro ATM, Insurance, Bill payments, Recharges Etc.
â Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory
â Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.
â Should possess Product/ solution selling experience to Retail customers to acquire new merchants.
â Good knowledge of the retail industry
â Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets driving sales activities
â Customer-centric approach with prior experience interfacing with customers and should be an excellent negotiator.
â Ability to work independently and in teams
â Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches
â Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills
â Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales
Qualifications:
â Graduation with any Stream
â Familiar with the basics of Computers & Androids
â Experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage.
