Outreach to Prospects
⢠Initiate contact with identified prospects through various channels including telephone calls, personalized emails, and social media interactions to introduce the companyâs offerings and gauge interest levels.
Lead Generation
⢠Actively generate leads through targeted cold calling, email marketing campaigns, professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, and detailed online research, ensuring a consistent inflow of new business opportunities.
Lead Qualification
⢠Assess leads based on predefined qualification criteria such as target industry, job role, company size, identified business challenges, and level of buying intent. Effectively hand over qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Coordination with Sales Team
⢠Schedule and facilitate product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and follow-up meetings by coordinating with the relevant sales personnel. Ensure a smooth transition of information and maintain continuity in communication.
CRM Management
⢠Accurately log lead details, interaction history, and engagement status in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Maintain a clean and updated database to support pipeline tracking and reporting.
Pipeline Management
⢠Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by continuously adding new leads and progressing existing ones. Prioritize outreach based on lead score and buying potential to maximize conversion.
Lead Follow-up
⢠Engage with both warm and cold leads through timely and consistent follow-ups. Share relevant information and updates to sustain interest and guide them through the sales funnel.
Sales Support
