We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
Years Of Experience : One Year ( Only Female Candidate)
Notice Period : Immediate Joining
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating job postings and advertisements
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain recruitment records and databases
- Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks (if required)
- Learn and assist in implementing recruitment strategies and best practices
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualification:
MBA in HR
