Branch Relationship Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Serve as a liaison between the branch and clients, ensuring client satisfaction
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with branch staff to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular client visits and perform client needs assessments
- Maintain accurate client records and update them regularly
- Provide regular reports on client interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the branch
