Chef / Cook WANTED â Rasoi Café, Rasoi Restaurant (Dilshad Garden, Delhi)ð
Location: Dilshad Garden, Delhi
Rasoi Café is the latest venture by the renowned Rasoi Restaurant, a trusted dining destination in Dilshad Garden for decades. The café blends tradition with modern café cultureâoffering quick bites, beverages, coffees, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality café-style dishes (Sandwiches, Burgers, Pizza, Pasta, Snacks, Fusion) and beverages (Iced Coffee, Cold Coffee, Iced Tea, Lemonades, Mocktails, Fruit Shakes, Milkshakes, Seasonal drinks, Fusion coolers, or Creative café beverages etc)
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and efficiency.
Work as part of a collaborative team.
Contribute to menu development and bring creative ideas.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year working as a chef/cook in restaurants, cafés, or hotels.
Culinary Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisines; exposure to fusion dishes preferred.
Professionalism: Reliable, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards.
Teamwork: Ability to work well with colleagues and support smooth kitchen operations.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to learning new styles.
Creativity: Passion for food with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to the menu.
