Telecaller

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products or services being offered
- Keep accurate records of all conversations and interactions with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify any additional needs
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
