Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Tele-sales Executive located in Shanthinagar, Bengaluru. Serve as the first point of contact to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Resolve issues via phone, email, chat, or support tickets, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
