Telecaller
Role:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales for the company. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Generate leads and sales through effective communication and persuasion
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
