Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to promote various loan products.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
* Generate quality leads and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
* Maintain a database of customer information and update Customer records regularly.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
* Educate customers on eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and terms of service.
* Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions for smooth loan processing.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and build trust with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in financial services.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi preferred).
Comfortable with cold calling and working with targets.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
