Telecaller

We are currently seeking a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the blue grey collar jobs industry and will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
- Provide information about job roles, requirements, and benefits
- Schedule interviews with qualified candidates for further assessment
- Maintain a database of candidates and update records as needed
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate journey
