Knowledge: Strong understanding
of internet and troubleshooting.

Experience: Hands-on experience
with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and diagnostic tools.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Kannada Speaking â 1 position
Ability: Proficiency in
diagnosing and resolving complex internet connectivity issues.
Hindi speaking â 2 positions
Tools: Familiarity with tools
for network analysis and monitoring (e.g., Ping, Traceroute, etc).
Tamil / English â 2 position
Experience:
Previous Role: At least 2-3
years of experience in a Technical support role, preferably with a focus n
internet or network issues.
Exposure: Experience with common
operating systems Windows, Linux) and network services.
Experience in Call centre/chat
process are also preferable
For Fresherâs
Relevant certifications such as
CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or other networking and support certifications.
