Security Guard Supervisor

As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security team and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. You will be in charge of assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all security protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols
- Monitor and maintain security equipment, such as cameras and alarms
- Conduct regular security patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Respond to security incidents and emergency situations
- Train new security guards on safety procedures and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities
- Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding security issues
