Security Guard Supervisor

The Security Guard Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of security guards on site. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to ensure a safe environment
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities
- Train new security guards on policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to security staff

Good to Have:
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of security best practices and procedures
