Telecaller

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blue grey collar jobs industry, with excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
- Screen candidates over the phone to determine suitability for open positions
- Schedule interviews with candidates for further assessment
- Update candidate information in the database accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for candidate outreach and placements

Good to have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the blue grey collar jobs industry
- Strong knowledge of job market trends and industry requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
