Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products or services being offered
- Record customer information and interactions in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Meet daily call targets and KPIs set by the team lead
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive sales
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies
Good to have:
- Previous experience in a call center or telesales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets consistently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirements and customer preferences
