Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information.
- Understand and promote products or services over the phone.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during calls.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.
- Follow up with customers via phone calls or emails.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
- Provide feedback and input to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
