Role & responsibilities:
⢠Create prospect in the given data and convert the lead to sales
⢠Presenting the deliverables of the company to clients over the call or online presentation .
⢠Meet the given sales target on the weekly basis of the company.
⢠maintain the sales target funnel on daily basis.
⢠Be attentive to the training programs to grasp product knowledge.
⢠should have call control and objection handling capabilities.
⢠Day to day input parameters to be followed on regular basis
Preferred candidate profile:
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
⢠1+ years of experience in telesales or a related field.
⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Ability to work independently in a target based environment.
⢠Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
⢠Self Driven and result-oriented.
⢠PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
