Your Key Responsibilities:
â Call and engage with potential customers interested in Home Loans or Loan
Against Property (LAP)
â Understand their loan needs and explain our solutions in a simple, confident, and
clear manner
â Handle customer questions, build rapport, and ensure a smooth application
experience
â Maintain CRM entries and follow-up with leads until conversion
â Work closely with the SME team for lead handover
