Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential candidates for various blue and grey collar job openings. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening candidates to ensure a high-quality pool of talent for our clients in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and gather relevant information.
- Screen candidates over the phone to assess their qualifications and interest in job openings.
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with the recruitment team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all candidate interactions in the database.
- Provide excellent customer service to all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

Good to Have:
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with blue and grey collar industries and job roles.
