Roles and Responsibilities
Job description:
Manage the entire staffing sales process from prospecting to close.
Maintain close relationships with key client management to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
Driving new business.
Ensuring smooth functioning and delivering of requirements of the existing client.
Designing and implementing new business strategies.
New customer acquisition, identify potential clients and pursue them, on-board new customers.
Maintain close relationships with all the prospects to ensure and regular follow-ups with the prospects to generate new empanelment.
Must have experience in recruitment and Business development.
Must be from staffing industry.
Must have knowledge in about permanent staffing and temp staffing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
2-5 Years of experience in staffing industry, recruitment firm, consultancy.
Should also have recruitment experience.
Immediate to 15 days of joining.
Team handling experience.
Should be have experience in Business development in staffing industry
