Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities in the blue and grey collar jobs industry. You will play a crucial role in identifying qualified candidates and matching them with appropriate job openings.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and discuss job opportunities
- Provide information about job requirements, duties, and benefits
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the database
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines
