Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates within the blue grey collar jobs industry. Your primary goal will be to attract candidates to apply for various job openings within our client companies.

Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential candidates and provide them with information about job opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their skills and preferences
- Screen candidates over the phone to assess their qualifications and experience
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with our clients
- Update candidate information in the database accurately
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made and candidates scheduled for interviews
