Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to promote products or services
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about products or services
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and update customer information in the database
- Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
