Telecaller

We are currently seeking a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the blue grey collar industry and a strong background in recruiting for similar roles. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential candidates, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential candidates via phone to discuss job opportunities
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role
- Schedule interviews with qualified candidates for further evaluation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status
