Role: Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner
- Manage phone calls and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
