Telecaller

We are currently seeking a Telecaller to join our team in the blue grey collar industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and products.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Explain our products and services to customers over the phone
- Follow up with customers via phone calls and emails
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or complaints
