Security Guard Supervisor

We are seeking a Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. The Security Guard Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of security guards, monitoring security operations, and ensuring the safety of the premises.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train security guards
- Implement security protocols and procedures
- Monitor surveillance equipment
- Respond to alarms and emergencies
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Manage scheduling and staffing requirements
