Security Guard Supervisor

We are seeking a Security Guard Supervisor to oversee our team of security guards and ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the security industry and experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards on duty
- Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify any suspicious activity
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure all areas are secure
- Train new security guards on proper procedures and protocols
- Respond to any security incidents or emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report any issues to management
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Good to have:
- Previous experience as a security guard supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Certification in security training is a plus
