Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any problems or concerns effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate.
