Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers
- Meeting daily call quotas and sales goals
- Providing feedback and insights to the sales team regarding customer needs and preferences
