Customer Care (Chat Process)
As a Customer Care representative in the Chat Process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, information, or resolutions to their queries. Your primary goal will be to ensure customers have a positive experience and their concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, or processing returns
