Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company when making calls
- Build and maintain relationships with customers over the phone
- Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved
- Provide information about products or services and answer any questions from customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas set by the management
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets

- Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred
