Security Guard Supervisor

The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of security guards to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have a background in security and experience in supervising a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards
- Ensure security procedures are followed and maintained
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor activity and prevent security breaches
- Train new security guards on protocols and procedures
- Investigate security incidents and prepare reports
- Communicate with clients and management regarding security issues
