Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound calling and a strong understanding of the blue grey collar jobs industry.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
- Follow up with candidates to schedule interviews and screenings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with candidates
- Provide excellent customer service to all candidates and address any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, interviews, and placements
