Telecaller
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries or issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company objectives

Note: Fluency in multiple languages would be an added advantage.
